Submission

We invite both management scholars and Space Economy professionals to submit to the conference. In Stage 1, participants are invited to submit an extended abstract. Selected authors will then be invited to present their work at the conference and receive developmental feedback from our academic and professional committees.

Potential Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal (SEJ) Special Issue

We are considering organizing a Special Issue on Entrepreneurship and Innovation in the Space Economy at the Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal (SEJ), a premier journal in the entrepreneurship field. The conference will serve as a developmental step, providing participants with an opportunity to present and develop research, receive developmental peer feedback, and connect with the growing research community in anticipation of the potential Special Issue (with an expected submission deadline in late May 2027). To facilitate this opportunity, the conference submission deadline has been extended to 15 November 2026.

Submit an Abstract

Two-stage submission process

In Stage 1, participants submit an extended abstract. Selected submissions will be invited to present at the conference and receive developmental feedback. For Stage 2, accepted authors in the Academic Track will be expected to submit their full papers, while accepted participants in the Professional Track will be expected to submit their presentation slides.

Academic Track Submissions

Acceptance and Presentation Format

Acceptance decisions will be based on submitted abstracts. Inclusion in the final program and presentation at the conference requires submission of a paper by 15 January.

Based on the development and maturity of the submitted work, contributions will be assigned to one of two formats:

1.Full Paper Presentation: 12-minute presentation, followed by discussant comments and Q&A.
2.Poster Presentation: 5-minute presentation in a group of presentations, followed by discussion and feedback.

Special Issue Opportunity: The most advanced and promising papers may also be invited for submission to a journal special issue or considered for inclusion in special issue proposals.

Professional Track Submissions

Selection and Shark Tank Final

Acceptance decisions will be based on submitted abstracts. Inclusion in the final program and presentation at the conference are contingent upon uploading a slide deck (maximum 15 slides) by 15 January.

The most promising and innovative proposals will be selected as finalists for the Shark Tank Final, where they will have the opportunity to pitch their ideas to a panel of experts and receive feedback.
